Today has turned from a really good day to a really bad day, quickly. First, one of our many cats is missing and it's my fault, so I feel dumb and helpless since I have no idea where he is. Then, there's a driver at the garage, who shall remain nameless, who is SUCH a control freak (I can't emphasize SUCH enough) that she's starting to piss me off, which then turns my mood from good to sour, and though I would never let on to her, it makes me more mad that she can do this to me without even trying, since she just a GIANT PITA naturally, all the time. No one will do your job like you do, ever. So stop trying to make it be that way. The world is filled with so many people, each and every single one of them different, that there's no way your angry self can change them, so get over yourself and deal.
WHEW! What a relief that was to say.
For starters today, my husband cooked a kick ass breakfast for the Goshen Bus Drivers and it was fabulous, if I do say so myself. Then I had a short day at my second job. YAY! Then I looked at the calendar and realized there's only 26 more days of school after today. ROCK ON! And then I came home and realized my cat was STILL missing, after 24 hours, and my day went downhill from there.
This was kinda like a movie where they start at the end, go back to the beginning and end with the end again. I think I need meds......

Spring time and change....
I love Spring. Every year, I get so excited for NEW! New anything! This year, I have decided I need a new ME! I highlighted my hair today, have been growing it out, started taking vitamins a few months back, started Weight Watchers last week (and lost over 7lbs already!) and I start Finacial Peace University at church next week. I know it won't happen overnight, but I would love to be a skinny, healthy, out of debt woman with kick ass hair! Oh, and a nice garden for once, with a green yard....we are working on that too. We take on our first endeavor of new grass later this week. We are getting tons of top soil (literally!), planting new grass and crossing our fingers. I hope to change the garden around a bit, take some of it out (who needs that much mulched area?) and plant some pretty things for my house.
On a kid note...Zac brought home his report card yesterday and the kid has a 99% in MATH! That's my boy! He has 2 As and 1 B again this time around, but we are soooooo close to all As! I'm so proud! And Lillie is getting tested next week for Kindergarten! I can't believe it, but she's really growing up. Last night, she spent the night at her friends' house. And didn't even need to come home. Sigh!
