Cooking with Luis!

I just find it funny that I didn't need to refer to a cookbook for last night's dinner. I had to watch Noggin (it's like preschool, on TV!). I got last night's dinner idea and recipe from a 5 year old....I was totally inspired! We made (ahem, I made) empanadas, and they were damn skippy GOOD! Lillie and Zac were so excited to be eating something that came from Noggin....I was excited that I could almost perfectly duplicate what a 5 year old had shown me...sad but true! Terry was even happy to see that I had gone outside my shell and made something I had never made before...and that they were good! LOL! Too bad Luis only has a few recipes....I could use some ideas for tonite!
